GIRISSIMA Weekend Getaway Look - Casual yet stylish

It’s very simple. I like the MIX. Casual yet stylish. That’s just who I am. Take a pair of destroyed jeans, add a cool shirt and match this with a nice blazer, et voilà – the perfect mix of "casual" AND "stylish":). I decided to go with Converse, but instead you could wear some sexy and classy black high heels. Like that you add a little more "glam" to it ^^.

With this outfit I’m attending a styling contest of STYLIGHT (an international fashion community) and GIRISSIMA.COM (an online shop with a high range of top brands)

BRIGHTEN it UP!

SPRING everywhere. I’m soaking it in (like crazy).

What better way to celebrate the beautiful weather and fresh air than dressing in a bright yellow blazer? It definitely reflects my mood. And then combine it with a simple tanktop and a pair of boyfriend jeans. Can’t beat that!

So here are a few pics my sister took of me while enjoying a wonderful sunny afternoon together.

Nail polish REVLON

I must say I’m a nail polish addict. I guess I have around 25 different colors at home. But I honestly do think that it is just MUST for a woman to take care of her hands, not only for herself, but also for the men world. I’m pretty sure they appreciate nice and well-groomed hands. To color the nails is not necessarily a must, but it’s just something I like to do. It’s actually like an accessory, which adds a little “pep” to your overall look.

I’m very much into “REVLON” lately. They have a really nice color palette, it’s smooth to apply and it also dries very fast. Give it a try girls.

Some FLOWER power

Tooo good! And I mean this weather. This weather lately? Woowww, how much I needed this. Perfect conditions for some outfit shoots. I love this flower dress. Its simple cut and the colorful prints - simple yet eye-catching.
Combine it with a cute hat, some chucks…et voilà. The perfect spring outfit :)

Unfortunately the weather is going to change very soon again *cryingmyeyesout*. But those 2 weeks were just perfect to tank up some energy.

ME and my CITY

Ohhh yes! SPRING has arrived to Switzerland!! The sun is shining every day, days are getting warmer, days are getting longer.

What a feeling, what an energy in the air, good vibes everywhere. Jap, thaaat’s the way I like it :D I decided not only to take pictures of my outfit but also from my beloved city, ZURICH. Because this city is so beautiful, especially when it’s that nice weather. So check out the pics and make your own impression.

I know, I’m aware, I’ve been quite lazy with my posts. But the thing is, and I’m just very honest right here; I’m so much more into spring and summer fashion than winter. Guuh. Especially here in Switzerland, winter means winter – cold, grey, oh and….COLD! You try to be inside as much as you can, cuz it’s just too freezing cold outside. So to me…winter is not really inspiring when it comes to fashion. I wrap myself into as much clothes as possible to stay warm, lol.
BUT I decided very spontaneously to take some pictures at the Rote Fabrik here in Zurich, a very cool place; lake, graffity, old school environment. 
I’m in love with this jacket, with the color especially. It gives a little “life” to those grey days here.

Oh and I changed my hair a little bit. I used to have an "ombre" for quite a while now, but decided to leave this for now and I lighten them to aaalmost the top but intentionally left a dark hairline. My hair grows so fast, that in a few month I'm back with my ombre :D.

Just needed something new.

Personality Style Challenge BRILLIANT EARTH

Denime Jacket, knitted Shirt, Denim Shirt, faux leather pants, beanie and shoes, everything from TOPSHOP Online / bag from MICHAEL KORS.

When BRILLIANT EARTH wrote me a few days ago, if I was interested in participating in their  Personality Style Challenge, I was very honored and thrilled. They created 6 different categories ( 1) blue jeans & tee shirt  kind of girl 2) floral, feminine styles & patterns 3) glamorous like stilettos & glitte 4) minimalist, no-nonsense elegant style 5) vintage dresses & thrift store shopping 6) cutting edge )
and I had to choose which one fits my personality the most. And after this choice they wanted me to create a fashion style board, like what is the perfect and inspiring look?
The people who know me know that I like it very fashionable, but always more casual and cozy than very elegant or glamorous. So that's why the "blue jeans & tee shirt  kind of girl" was MY CHOICE. So this is what I created. I know it's not a blue jeans ;) but I created something, that I would wear right now (It's winter, so only a tee wouldn't be enough right :D) so I hope you like this look.
