Fall Season starts NOW!

WHAT A SUMMER!! I think this was probabely one of the best summers I remember, EVER. I mean weatherwise. Unbelievable. So many sunny and hot days.....just wow.
So yes, I AM enormously sad that summer is over (sniff). BUT, there's a good side to it.
I absolutely adore the fall season. Especially when it comes to the wardrobe. I'm a huge boots-/jeansjacket-/leatherjacket-/cardigans-/hat-/beanie- AKA COZINESS FAN.

Today's officially the first day of fall, so fall season, bring it on!

One of my favorite shopping spots in L.A. is Melrose Ave.! And you absolutely CANNOT miss the Urban Outfitters there. Yes it is a little more pricey, but the unique style they offer is just worth it!

Love this combo. A simple cute and comfy grey dress and a brown stylish hat. Simple as that. Ready to go.

Strolling around in DTLA

If you are looking for cheap and cool clothes, shoes and bags? Well, then SANTEE ALLEY in downtown L.A. is the place to be. I suggest you park somewhere near 9th and Santee and then just walk along Santee street down til 12th. That's the main alley. But there's tons of other shops around that area, too. One of my favorite stores there is for example CINEMA. You can find it on 9th and Santee/S Los Angeles St. Super trendy and stylish!

Short overall season

Yayyy I can finally get my short clothing out. The weather forecast for the next days is just amazing. BUT!! FIRST I need to get my teint on fleek. I don't know about you guys, but isn't the first "bikini-day" always just....kind of weird? I just feel a little uncomfortable. No teint at all and also I feel so weirdly naked? hahaha.

Well, nevertheless, it's about that time!

I'm beyond happy that I can finally put this heavy, thick winter jacket back into my closet, where it actually belongs. I just HATE this cold time of the year (booo).

My personal MASTER CLEANSE experience

Hey guys

So I decided to do my very first detox ever, the MASTER CLEANSE. 

I'm a person who always likes to try out new things, always curious. So doing a detox was always on my bucket list. And I also decided to make a video diary. It was just a stupid idea lol. I mean, why not?! I just wanted to see how far I can go. How is my body going to react to it and am I especially mentally capable of doing it? I mean, it's literally fasting. It's cruel. Because I am a person who LOVES to eat! It's a pleasure I don't want to miss. BUT, for the sake of health (to detox) I wanted to try it. Normally, it lasts 7-10 days. Go and see how far I made it ;-).

So I just uploaded my very first video on Youtube ;) It's just for fun!

And I am very curious if anyone of you did such a detox before and what was YOUR experience?

LOVE IS ALL WE NEED

I know...this has absolutely nothing to do with fashion. And that is okay. Because life is not always about beauty, lightness or happiness. There are people out there who are fighting for their lifes.

And now I wanna share this beautiful video with you guys. It's about cancer, or let's say...reminding ourselves how important LOVE is and that little and unimportant things shouldn't matter this much.

A lot of people I know have already lost a beloved one to cancer....including me. 

This video made me very emotional and it moved me to tears.

I do dance myself and I'm aware of the impact it can have on you. It is a way of expressing yourself, telling a story. If it's YOU that dances or if you're watching someone dancing.....

It can be so powerful yet so emotional. 

To be yourself, to enjoy the moment and nothing else matters. 

It's a way to let go and be free.

I just feel like sharing this video, because it's simply......so beautiful!!

My L.A. Diary #4: The Springs - The Urban Oasis in Downtown Los Angeles

I love nothing more than EXPLORING. Exploring, exploring, exploring. I am in one of the most exciting and lively cities in this world right now and I do take advantage of it :)

So this time, my friends and I have gotten the hint to visit this new hipp place in Downtown L.A. in the middle of the art district. Aaand we were more than thrilled to be there. What a cuuuute place?! We all fell in love at first sight. No really!
The area, the building, the cunstruction, the concept, all the cute little details, the atmosphere, the people,.....everything ON POINT!!

So what is it?
THE SPRINGS combines health and pleasure at the same time.
They provide 100% organic raw vegan cuisine, joyous libations, holistic wellness treatments, integrated yoga and movement programming. Yes you heard right. You can eat and do yoga at the same time :D AND they also do sell some urban clothing there, too. Just awesome.

My L.A. diary #3: Running into Chiara Ferragni ^^

 

 

Well, I guess I gotta love L.A. for things like these even more .

Just randomly ran into Chiara Ferragni (www.theblondesalad.com) at The Springs Restaurant (post coming soon) in DTLA the other day. She is really cute and nice. We had a quick chat about the area and some good coffee places around the area.

PS: For those who doesn't know who she is: Chiara is one of the biggest Fashion Bloggers out there (3Mio IG followers). So as a blogger myself, that was pretty cool.
